Peace and tranquility in Kamakura
The Zen meditation retreat was exactly what I needed. The temple grounds were serene and beautiful, and our monk guide was wonderfully calm and insightful. The vegetarian lunch was delicious. I left feeling completely renewed. A must-do experience in Japan.
