1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tasty Trips Japan website and services (operated by Tasty Tours Japan), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Tasty Trips Japan provides guided tours, cultural experiences, and related travel services in Japan. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled under certain circumstances.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
• Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 7 days before the tour date: 100% refund.
• 6 days to 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the instructions of tour guides at all times for safety.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal belongings.
• Participants must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tasty Trips Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour or service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
