  1. Service Fees and Other Charges

Selling Price: As indicated on each tour page. Other Charges: Any transaction fees or additional personal expenses (e.g., entrance fees, food, and drinks not included in the tour description) shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Payment Methods and Timing

Payment Methods: Credit Card (via Stripe). Payment Timing: Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation.

  1. Service Delivery (Booking Confirmation)

Delivery Timing: Your booking is confirmed immediately after the payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email (voucher) will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 days or more prior: No charge
  • 3 to 6 days prior: 10% of tour price
  • 48 to 72 hours prior: 50% of tour price
  • 24 to 48 hours prior: 75% of tour price
  • Within 24 hours or No-show: 100% of tour price

Note: Any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount. How to Cancel: Please contact us via email or through the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation.

  1. Special Terms for Service Disruption

Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
