• Selling Price: As indicated on each tour/service page.
• Other Charges: Any transaction fees (if applicable) or additional personal expenses (e.g., entrance fees, food, and drinks not included in the tour description) shall be borne by the customer.

3. Payment Methods and Timing

• Payment Methods: Credit Card (via Stripe).
• Payment Timing: Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Service Delivery (Booking Confirmation)

Delivery Timing: Your booking is confirmed immediately after the payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email (voucher) will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Special Terms for Service Disruption

Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we may need to adjust or cancel a service. In such cases we will first look for an alternative, and otherwise handle refunds or travel credit as described in our Cancellation Policy.
