Prices

As stated in the quotation and written contract (in JPY): the actual cost of transport, accommodation and other services, plus our travel agency handling fee.

Other charges

Change-procedure fee, cancellation-procedure fee and handling fee as stated in the written contract; personal expenses not included in the itinerary (meals, admission fees, etc.).

Payment timing

By the due date stated in the written contract or invoice, which is always before the travel start date.

According to the travel dates stated in the written contract.

Cancellation & refunds

Arranged travel (手配旅行): you may cancel at any time. You bear the cancellation/penalty fees already paid or payable to the service providers (e.g. vehicle companies), plus our cancellation-procedure fee and the handling fee we would have earned. Made-to-order tours (受注型企画旅行), as a percentage of the tour price (the exact amount is stated in the written contract): from 20 days before departure (10 days for day trips) up to 20%; from 7 days before up to 30%; the day before up to 40%; on the day up to 50%; after departure or no-show up to 100%. Where the planning fee is specified in the contract, the planning fee applies.
